The movie Aquaman is about potecting the under-water city of Atlantis. Atlantis was once the most advanced civilization on Earth, until it was taken over. The person who now controls Atlantis is the corrupt King Orm, who wishes to take over the entire oceanic people. His plans even extend to conquering the world above the surface.
Aquaman is Orm's half-brother who is part Atlantean and part human. Aquaman must assume his role as protector of the deep and fight back against King Orm and his army. To successfully defeat evil King Orm, Aquaman must acquire the legendary Trident of the Atlan. With the help of Vulko and Mera, Aquaman rallies his army and fights the oppressive King Orm.
I didn't watch this movie, I would only like to see this movie in the future. The movie sounds great, and I am always interested in the newest superhero movies. The movie has lots of special effects and a lengthy backstory to Aquaman. Aquaman is also nominated in multiple award shows, which adds to the movie's prestigious history.
